Lord Narasinh to get rid of the debt of Karm that have to be eliminated without
which salvation cannot be achieved. The powers of these Shlok are profound and
overwhelming and the regular recital of them would invariably relieve everyone
of their sufferings and difficulties. This is a very powerful Stotra that when
recited regularly will relieve people of their debts and insolvency however
severe and acute. Recitation of Mantra generates sounds which are divine in character.
This sound is alive and you feel its strength in every part of you. A spiritual
aspirant cannot deny its psychological effect and spiritual significance. It is
in the intrinsic nature of sacred sound to bring human being into contact with
the divine. It enables man to feel the spiritual presence and to find it in the
cavity of his own heart. Although we could pray anywhere, but if the prayer is done
properly and with utmost devotion, you can get a glimpse of the Supreme. This Stotra contains 9 verses.
The first 8 verses glorify various attributes of Shree Narasinh Bhagavaan , each verse
ending with the line "Shree narasinham mahaaveeram namaami rin muktaye". Verse 9
contains the Phal Shruti for this Stotra. The salutations "Narasinham" and
"Mahaaveeram" have their origins in the most sacred "Narasinh Anushtup
Mantram". Granting boons to devotees takes
on special significance in this context. Shree Bhagavaan incarnated as Narasinh from the pillar
in Hiranyakashyap's Sabhaa (royal court) to rush to the succor of his Bhakt. One verse extols
the back-to-back forms of Sudarshan and Narasinh. The foremost characteristic of the Sudarshan
Chakra is to destroy ones sins and point a supplicant in the direction of the Supreme. Sudarshan
is the fierce Jwaalaa (fire) which forms the center of the Kaal Anal (fire at the end of time -
Pralaya). From the highest step of the widely
