3-Time of Raam's Birth |
Time of Raam's Birth Vaalmeeki Raamaayan of the Tretaa Yug mentions the position of the Moon in a particular Nakshatra at the time of the birth of Raam, but the Adhyaatm Raamaayan, composed by Ved Vyaas Jee in Dwaapar Yug, mentions the position of the Sun in Mesh Raashi at the time of Raam's birth. Bhagavaan Raam is said to have incarnated at exact Noon on Chaitra Shukla Navamee in Punarvasu Nakshatra. Does it mean that while Maharshi
Vaalmeeki noted the planetary position of Raam only vis-a-vis the Nakshatra it was only Krishn
Dvaipaayan Ved Vyaas who transposed them to Mesh etc Raashi? How have the Moon and Brihaspati
in Kark Lagna been mentioned in Vaalmeeki Raamaayan then? Are they an interpolation? Since the Vaalmeeki Raamaayan was written in 8th Millennium BCE according to you, that means that the mention of Raashi in the V-Raamaayan is definitely an after-thought according to you. |
