Vaalmeeki had asserted several times in his Raamaayan, that there are four reasons of all happenings in the world on mundane and personal levels :  1. Vidhaataa,  2. Praarabdh,  3. Daivya,  and 4. KaalThe house of Praarabdh is 9th House. Obviously, 10the House from 9th House will be its Karm House and could be called Praarabdh + Karm = Praarabdh Karm.

Any problems, difficulties arising out of 6th House and 9th House are amendable during one's life by efforts and Paraakram (3rd House);

8th House is the action arising out from past birth and manifest from its 10th House which is called Punya Karm (5th House)
Any problem arising out from 5th House and 8th House cannot be reversed but the native must undergo suffering.
In Ayodhyaa Kaand of Vaalmeeki Raamaayan, Lakshaman was very angry and said that person lack courage, accept fate as far gone conclusion. The brave always try to reverse the fate by efforts. Raam did not respond to his assertions but said that 'Daivya' has to be endured.
