fortnight or Paksh in Hindu month, thus two Navamee days fall in every
month. Navamee is considered as inauspicious day as per Hindu Astrology.
New ventures, businesses, programs, functions or any other auspicious
deeds are avoided during Navamee days. The major festivals celebrated on

on which Yug (Sat, Tretaa, Dwaapar and Kali) have started. They are also
special Tithi.
