The Most Versatile Animal
Dog is the only
animal which is found in as many shapes, colors and sizes.
The Most Poisonous Animal
The golden poison dart frog is considered as one of the most toxic animals
on Earth. A single specimen measuring two inches (five centimeters) has
enough venom to kill 10 grown men. Indigenous Emberd people of Colombia
have used its powerful venom for centuries to tip their blowgun darts when
hunting, hence the species name.
Which Breed of Dog Does not Bark?
The Basenji, an African hunting dog is the only dog that cannot bark. This
trait is probably due to the shallow laryngeal ventricle in its larynx.
The Basenji does not bark, but rather makes a yodel noise. They can howl,
growl and crow, depending on the dog's mood, but no barking.
Which Animal Can See Almost All Around
Goats (and most other animals with hooves) have horizontal slits which are
nearly rectangular when dilated. This gives goats vision covering 320 -
340 degrees; this means they can see virtually all around them without
having to move (humans have vision covers only 160-210 degrees).

What Sea Creature is
Carried to Term and Given birth by its father?
The male seahorse does
something highly unusual in the animal kingdom; they get pregnant and deliver
their offspring. Scientists don't have a clear reason why seahorses evolved this
way, but they theorize this is one of the ways seahorses try to help the species
survive. The male seahorse is equipped with a brood pouch on the ventral, or
front-facing, side of the tail. When mating, the female seahorse deposits up to
1,500 eggs in the male's pouch. The male carries the eggs for 9 to 45 days until
the seahorses emerge fully developed, but very small. Once the seahorses are
released into the water, the male's role is done and he offers no further care
and often mates again within hours or days during the breeding season.
What Color is a Polar
Bear's Skin?
(1) Pink, (2) Black, (3) White, (4) Blue
Answer: Surprisingly, the polar
bears' skin color is black. The bears' black skin absorbs heat from the Sun. The
fur, which appears to be white, is actually made up of almost colorless, almost
transparent hairs. The long, coarse guard hairs are hollow, letting the warming
rays of the Sun reach to the dark skin that acts as a solar heat collector.
Reflection of the sunlight from the densely packed, almost colorless hairs makes
polar bears appear to be white in a sort of optical illusion.
