The 15 Days Mt Kailaash Pilgrimage Tour (Drive In / Drive Out)

DAY 01 : Kathmandu. (1336m height) Upon arrival, transfer to Hotel. Kailaash briefing at 5:30 pm. Dinner at 8:00 pm. Overnight in Hotel Marshyangdi or Vaishali.

DAY 02 : Kathmandu: (1336m height) Early morning at 6:00 am visit the Pashupatinath Temple for Pooja and return to the Hotel. Breakfast at 7:30 am. Half day city sightseeing and after lunch packing arrangement for Kailash Yaatraa. Dinner will be provided at 7:30 pm. Overnight in hotel Marshyangdi or Vaishali.

DAY 03 : Kathmandu / Nylam. (3600m) 157 Kms. Breakfast at 5:30 am and start for the border at 6:00am. After immigration formalities at the Nepal and Tibet side you will drive further to Nylam for 1 and 1/2 hours. Overnight in guest house.

DAY 04 : Nylam. (3600m) Rest this day for acclimatization. Overnight in guest house.

DAY 05 : Nylam to Saga. (4640m). 230 Kms. Drive to Saga for approx. 6 hours. Overnight in guest house.

DAY 06 : Saga to Paryang. (4540m). 230 Kms. Drive from Saga to Paryang for approx. 6 hours. Overnight in guest house.

DAY 07 : Paryang to Mansarover. (4700m) 240 Kms. Drive to Manasarovar Lake for approx. 5 hours. Overnight in guest house.

DAY 08 : Half rest day in Mansarovar and Darchen. Offer morning prayers. On this day after lunch you will drive around Manasarovar Lake for 3 - 4 hours for the Parikramaa during which you will also visit the Chu Gompa. Overnight in guest house at Darchen.

DAY 09 : Darchen to Sersung; Sersung to Dirapuk (trekking). Drive to Sersung for 1 hours. Then trek to Dirapuk for approx. 5 hours. Overnight in Tented Camp (or Guest House if rooms are available).

DAY 10 : Dirapuk to Zutalpuk (walk). Continue Parikarma over Dolma Pass [5650m] to Zuthul Puk, which might take approx. 8 - 9 hrs walk. Overnight in tented camp (or guest house if rooms are available).

DAY 11 : Zutulpuk to Darchen to Paryang. Parikarma ends near Darchen which will take approx, 3 hours walk. Overnight in guest house.

DAY 12 : Paryang to Saga (4640m). Drive to Saga for approx. 6 hours. Overnight in Guest house.

DAY 13 : Saga to Nylam. (3600m). Drive to Nylam for approx. 7 hours. Overnight in Guest house.

DAY 14 : Nylam to Kathmandu. 157 Kms. Drive to Kathmamdu for approx. 8 hours. Overnight in hotel Marshyangdi or Vaishali.

DAY 15 : Final Departure.

Cost Using 4500cc Land Cruiser:
INR 62,000/= per person for Indian Nationals upon joining our pilgrimage tour group.
For Non-Residential Indians US$ 200 per person will have to be added on the above mentioned tour cost.

Services Included:
--Airport pick up and drop,
--half day sightseeing tour of the Pashupatinath Temple,
--2 nights twin sharing accommodation in Hotel Marshyangdi or Vaishali in Kathmandu on full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) basis,
--on the Tibetan side accommodation will be provided in Guest Houses on full board ( breakfast, lunch & dinner ) basis whereas in guesthouses accommodations can be either in Twin sharing basis, Double, Triple or Dormitory basis (this depends entirely on the availability of the rooms in the Guest Houses on that particular time and date),
--transportation in 4500 cc 4WD Land Cruiser as per the itinerary according to the group size (4 persons in one Land Cruiser basis excluding driver and guide),
--supporting truck for carrying our Nepali staff such as cook, sherpa, helper etc, all trekking equipments such as 2 men sleeping tents, dining tents, kitchen tents, toilet tents, shower tents, sleeping mattresses, camp chairs and tables, all kitchen utensils and food supplies, gamow bags (which are used incase any client suffers from altitude sickness ),
--portable oxygen cylinders,
--all sightseeing tour as per the program with a BASIC English speaking Tibetan guide, Yak and Yak driver for client's luggage portage during the Parikarma,
--TTB permit and Kailash permit.
--Duffel bag and light jacket.
--Down Sleeping bags (rentable), Down Jackets (rentable)

Services Excluded:
Extra expenses incurred : Alcoholic beverages, Mineral water, Soft drinks, Laundry, Telephone calls & All expenses of personal nature, Photography fee, Traveling and Health Insurance, Emergency evacuation, Extra charges for hiring porters and other vehicles in between incase of landslides and other natural calamities which are beyond our control & gratitude tips.
