(2-1) After having bowed to Naaraayan, Nar and Saraswatee Jaya word should be uttered. Vaishampaayan Jee said - "Maya Daanav worshipped Arjun in the presence of Krishn and said - "Hey Kuntee Putra Arjun, You have saved me from the fire, tell me what can I do for you?"

Arjun politely said - "You have already done by saying this, now you may go wherever you like. Always be kind to me as we are very pleased with you." Maya Daanav again requested him that he would like to do something for him, as he was the Vishwakarmaa for Daanav. Arjun said - "I am glad that I could do this to you, but I don't take anything in return of doing good to anybody. I do not want anything for myself, but just to please you, you may do something to pleases Krishn."

Vaishampaayan Jee said - "hearing Maya's intentions, Krishn pondered for a while and said - "You say that you are a great architect, O Son of Diti. Yudhishthir is very dear to me. You build such a royal court for him, and it could not be imitated by anybody in spite of examining it thoroughly. It should have a combination of all Daivee (godlike), Daanavee (demonic) and human designs." Vaishampaayan Jee said - "Hearing this Maya became very happy. They took him along with them to Hastinaapur, introduced him to Yudhishthir and on an auspicious day he started the work on an pre-approved plan for the court on the land of 5,000 cubits square. Later it was called Maya Sabhaa (court). It was good for all seasons."

[2-2] Vaishampaayan Jee said - "After living in Khaandav Prasth for some time, Krishn wanted to go Dwaarakaa, but Yudhishthir always got sad hearing this. Krishn assured Yudhishthir that He would always be there whenever they would call Him. He took leave from Kuntee, brothers, Draupadee, Subhadraa, Dhaumya and ascended His chariot. Yudhishthir moved Daaruk from charioteer's place and he himself drove Krishn's chariot with affection for a while. Arjun and Bheem stood on either side of Krishn with Chanwar moving it on Krishn, and Bheem and Nakul and Sahadev followed Him. When they reached the outskirts of the city, about two miles, Krishn insisted Yudhishthir to go back to their capital. Krishn got down from His chariot, touched Yudhishthir's feet, but Yudhishthir raised Him and smelled His head. Paandav came back to Indra Prasth with tears in their eyes. And Krishn proceeded towards Dwaarakaa with Saatyaki." When they arrived in Dwaarakaa, all people and Krishn's relations welcomed Him. He also worshipped His parents and blessed His children. He came to Rukminee's palace.

[2-3] Vaishamaayan Jee said - "Maya got busy in building the court. He said to Arjun - "I am going to North of Kailaash, near the Mainaak Mountains, I have collected a huge quantity of Vandaa (rough material) composed of jewels and gems. These were kept in the mansion of Vrishparvaa, if it is still there, I will come back soon with it. Then I will start the court which will be celebrated in the whole world. There are a beautiful Gadaa also which is worth for Bheem as Gaandeev is for you. There is also a Devadatt named conch [in that pond] also which belongs to Varun. I will bring all for you from a lake called Bindusar."

Maya Daanav went away to Kailaash where there is a Hiranya-shring peak and on that peak is Bindusar lake. Bindusar is the lake where Bhageerath lived for some time to bring Gangaa River on Prithvi. Gangaa comes out from that lake drop by drop that is why it is called Bindusar. Indra had also performed 100 sacrifices there. For the sake of the beauty, he placed the sacrificial stakes made of gems and altars of gold, although they were not placed in accordance to the ordinance. Then he got the success. After that Mahaadev made it his abode and he lives there worshipped by thousands of spirits. There lived Nar and Naaraayan, Brahmaa, Yam, and Sthaanu the 5th perform their sacrifices at the end of a 1,000 Yug. Even Keshav has also performed sacrifices there in which He has placed thousands of sacrificial pillars adorned with golden garlands.

Maya went there and soon brought all the items. He gave a Gadaa to Bheem and the conch to Arjun. The court surpassed the beauty of Sudharmaa Sabhaa built in Dwaarakaa or the mansion of Brahmaa himself. 8,000 huge bodied, fierce Raakshas called Kinkar used to guard that palace day and night. Within that palace, Maya built a tank, in which there were lotuses with dark colored leaves and bright colored gem stalks; golden fish and tortoises and many varieties of water fowls. Artificial forest was spreading its fragrance all around. It took him 14 months to build that court. It was built so cleverly that one could see only the glow of gems, not the gems themselves unless somebody really tried hard to see them. After he had built that court, he reported its completion to Yudhishthir."

[2-4] Vaishampaayan Jee said - "On an auspicious day Paandav entered the court after feeding 10,000 Braahman rice mixed with milk, honey and Ghee and fruits and roots and pork and given them a lots of Daan. He satisfied the Braahman who had come there from various countries with the food with sesame and the vegetable Jibanti, rice mixed with Ghee, and different preparations of meat. Many Rishi from many places, - Asit, Deval, Satya, Sarpmaalee, Mahaashir, Arvaavasu, Sumitra, Maitreya, Shaunak, Bali, Bak, Dalavya, Sthoolshiraa, Krishn Dwaipaayan, Shuk, Sumant, Jaimini, Pail, and disciples of Vyaas Jee - ourselves, Taittiri, Yaagyavalkya, Lomharshan with his son, Apsuhomya, Dhaumya, Animaandavya, Kaushik, Damoshnish, Traivalee, Parnad, Varayanuk, Munjayaan, Vaayubhaksh, Paraashar and Saarik, Balivaak and Sileevaak, Satyapaal and many many more.

Many kings, Kshatriya - Moojketu, Vivardhaan, Sangraamjeet, Durmukh, Ugrasen, Kakshsen, Kshemak, Kaamath, the King of Kaamboj; and Asur - Kaalkeya, Jataasur, the King of Madrak, Kuntee, Pulind, kings of Ang and Bang; and Kinnar, and Apsaraa all came there to see it from all over the world and waited upon Yudhishthir."
