Three King Makers
There are three people who are said to be the kingmakers -
Samarth Raamdaas,
Vidyaaranya and Kautilya or
Chaanakya. Together they form the Tri-Moorti who built Hindu kingdoms
and saved the Sanaatan Dharm during their times.
(1) Samarth Raamdaas
Samarth Raamdaas was the Guru of
Shivaa Jee who is said to be the incarnation of Shiv. He lived in a
village of Mahaaraashtra. As he was born on Hanumaan Jayantee, he is
considered the incarnation of
Hanumaan. He was a great devotee of Raam and Hanumaan too. He had
helped Shivaa Jee on several occasions. He gave him orange flag to
hoist.
(2) Chaanakya
Chaanakya was 4th century BC, and he was the Guru of
Chandragupt
Maurya. Chaanakya met Chandragupt in a village playing and he saw his
brilliant mind in ruling, so he took him to Takshshilaa, educated him for the
future Emperor of United India. And he did that. He ascended him on the throne
at the age of 20. Chandragupt's kingdom was one of the largest kingdom of his
time. In fact Chaanaky was born king - when he was born, he had full set of
teeth, which meant that he was born to be the King but since his father hated
kings, he broke his teeth and that is how he himself did not become king but he
made the King - Chandragupt Maurya. As Chandragupt's mother died in his childhood,
and he lived all his childhood with Chaanakya for his education, Chaanakya was
like parents to him. Chaanakya stayed with till the end of his rule training him
and guiding him.
(3) Maadhav Vidyaaranya
He was a saint and he established Vijayanagar Empire in Southern India. He was
the 12th Jagadguru of Shringeree Shaaradaa Peeth from 1380 to 1386 AD. He lived
in the court of Vijayanagar with Bukkaa I. He laid the foundation stone systematically
of the Vijayanagar Kingdom, with the help of astrology that the Kingdom would last
for 2,000 years, but Vindhyeshwaree Devee told him that the time was not ripe for
Hindu Kingdom to be there for such a long time and it would last only for 200
years.
